ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is an incredible opportunity for a someone looking to have a hands on impact in a fast growing consumer brand.

The role entails a blend of delivering orders to bars restaurants and retailers, whilst prospecting new customers and building relationships in existing.

Experience in consumer goods and sales is ideal though not essential. However, being driven and having an appetite to drive growth in Los Angeles through excellent customer service and relationships with customers is essential.

It’s a perfect blend of being out in market with Pentire trade customers and at home for desk work. You’ll be working alongside our existing team in LA, whilst also communicating with our wider US and global team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account Management - Visit, manage and grow relationships within Pentire’s trade customers.
• Business Development - Strategically prospect and win new business.
• Product Delivery - Collect orders from our lock up and deliver them to customers throughout LA (most likely 2-3 days a week).
• Develop Distribution - Drive availability and awareness through our wholesale partners.
• Training & Support - Coordinate and deliver impactful product and brand trainings within customers to equip them with the knowledge to confidently serve and sell Pentire.
• Reporting & System Management - Using Pentire’s CRM for sales activities, plus Shopify and other systems for operational and delivery.
