ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is an incredible opportunity for an experienced drinks sales pro, with 5+ years experience in the UK On Trade.
You’ll have connections throughout and a track record of winning, managing and growing business throughout the UK On Trade. Reporting into our heads of sales you will work within a talented global sales team and be excited to contribute to Pentire’s outstanding growth.
With strong commercial experience, you’ll be comfortable negotiating contracts with existing and new partners to develop mutually beneficial goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Management - Retain, manage and grow relationships within Pentire’s national groups and key accounts in the on trade channel.
- Business Development - Strategically prospect and win new business to grow Pentire’s availability in key on trade groups.
- Awareness - Partner with and activate in brand partners to develop Pentire’s visibility and authority as a category leader.
- Develop Distribution - Drive availability and awareness through our wholesale partners and trade network.
- Brand Advocacy - Represent the Pentire brand in market, collaborating with our customers and their teams to ensure prominent brand visibility.
- Training & Support - Coordinate and deliver impactful product and brand trainings within customers to equip them with the knowledge to confidently serve and sell Pentire.
- Reporting - Using Pentire’s CRM, maintain detailed records of accounts, activities and performance.
